FAQ

1. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information you provide to us while creating or updating an account and at checkout (ie: name, telephone number, email address, billing address, shipping address and credit card information) is stored in private files on our secure web server and on our internal systems until your transaction is complete. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates,billing address,etc.) that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services and is not stored.

2. CUSTOMIZATION OF PRODUCT
We accept the customization of Product but it will have different price with the ready-made design & product. All customization of your order will become of Millenniumtech Com copyright.

3. ARTWORK MOCK UP AS A PROOF
Reviews of proofs of your order is your responsibility. Our dedicated & professional designers will review & adjusts the design for layout, customization, sizing and spacing. Each order is rendered as a digital proof for approval before any printing begins. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. So we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy for each order before printing. We ask that you carefully review your proof.

4. CANCELLATION
NO cancellation fee applies but your deposit cannot be refundable. Request to cancel your order is received while it is in printing process.

5. ADD ON PRODUCTS & QUANTITIES
If you would like to purchase additional quantities of your order OR to add on other products after your first purchase has been made please contact customer service 06-317 8919 / 012-738 9919  and we will be happy to process your order.

6. CHANGES IN ORDER
I. Changes in your order BEFORE it is confirmed:
Your order comes with a complimentary mock up artwork. We will provide one time complimentary artwork revisions. You are able to make 5 time changes to your order before your order starts to print. Any errors made by customers and need to be amend more than 5 times will be charge RM 30/amendment.
II. Changes in your order AFTER it is confirmed & print:
If a mock up has been approved but contains a customer error(s) OR if changes are requested after the order is printed, shipped or delivered, we will work with you to correct the error and make the changes and reprint your order at a 20% discount. We will provide a complimentary, updated mock up which will require your approval to ensure that errors are corrected before we proceed with the reprint.

7. REFUND
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within the designing process and before the printing process. We cannot make refundable to you if your order is in progress.

8. PROCESSING & PRINTING TIME
Each product of Millenniumtech Com has a specific processing time. Processing times do not include shipping time & confirmation of mock up artwork. After adding a product to your order, our designer will prepare the mock up artwork in 2-3 working days. The printing process will be start after you confirm your artwork.


9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
If you are unable to collect your order at office, we are happily to courier your order to your doorstep. Our official courier services are Skynet. Shipping time may vary depending on your location. Normally it takes 1-3 working days.

10. MILLENNIUMTECH COM LOGO
The Millenniumtech Com logo may be featured on the back of some of our products.

11.WHAT ARE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Millenniumtech Com accepts Cash Payment Only when making payment at the showroom at this point in time. Credit card facilities are currently not available. We do apologize for this inconvenience caused.

You can also bank in to our CIMB A/C. Please print the transaction slip for our record purposes when collecting the products at the showroom. You can also email or Whatsapp us the transaction details but more importantly please do let us know if and when you have bank in to our account as we will not know immediately which payment is for which customer.

We regret to inform that we Do Not Accept cheque as payment as this option will require 3 business days or more for the clearance of the cheque by the respective banks. Payment via cheque is considered non payment until the bank gives the green light therefore products cannot be release by the staff.

12. CURRENCY FOR ALL PRICE


All prices listed on our Millenniumtech Com website and in our showroom are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or locally known as Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
